A household name in building services and facilities management is hiring a Head of Business Services to own its most important client relationships. This is a front-of-house, account-leadership role with a blue-chip client portfolio spanning blue-chip company campuses.

Our client has built significant customer loyalty by delivering a relationship led, client-centric service.

You will:

• Own and grow key client accounts, cross-selling services and pitching for new work
• Lead planned maintenance programmes across a portfolio of blue-chip sites
• Manage remote M&E engineering teams delivering ongoing maintenance projects
• Run the technical side of HVAC and air conditioning delivery
• Negotiate service level agreements end to end, from pricing to agreeing KPIs.

You are:

• A qualified mechanical engineer with building services/facilities management experience
• Experienced managing large maintenance programmes across multiple properties
• A confident account manager who thrives on face-to-face client contact
