IT Support Engineer 
Dublin – Permanent - Hybrid

Background

Our client is hiring an IT Support Engineer for its Dublin office. Reporting to the Infrastructure Director, you will be the first point of contact for IT support across the business with a few international offices.

Responsibilities

1. Handle service desk requests, resolving or escalating issues
2. Manage user access and devices through Entra ID, O365 and Intune
3. Support networks, firewalls and remote access (VPN, VDI)
4. Monitor system alerts and keep support documentation current
5. Join weekly SOC calls and run phishing simulations
6. Maintain the IT asset register and support audits

Experience

1. Min. 3-4 years experience with L1 and L2 support across end users, systems and applications
2. Strong Microsoft, Azure and O365 knowledge
3. Working knowledge of networking and security
4. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
