Financial Regulation Associate - Top Tier Law Firm

I’m working with a leading Irish business law firm that has an international office network. Their highly regarded Financial Regulation team is growing, and they are keen to hire an additional Solicitor NQ - 3 years’ PQE to join them.

This is a real chance to build a career in a practice at the centre of Irish and EU financial services regulation. You’ll advise domestic and international banks, insurers, investment firms, asset managers, fund service providers, lenders, and payment and e-money institutions on their obligations to the Central Bank and under EU law.

 Key responsibilities:

• Central Bank authorisation and licensing applications
• Regulatory aspects of M&A involving financial institutions
• Scope of regulation questions and product launches
• Ongoing regulatory issues and Central Bank enforcement actions

You’ll need:

• To be qualified as a solicitor in Ireland or England & Wales
• NQ to 3 years’ PQE
• Strong knowledge of financial services regulation and a keen interest in the area
• Excellent communication and research skills, and to work well as part of a team
