Corporate M&A Associate - Top Tier Irish Law Firm
Our client is a top tier Irish business law firm with an international office network. Its Corporate department is growing because client demand has stayed strong, and it is now an additional Associate with 2+ years’ PQE.
The department is recognised as a leading adviser in Ireland on domestic and international transactions. You’d be working on some of the largest, highest-profile and most complex deals in the Irish market and internationally, with real responsibility from the start.
The work includes:
- Public and private M&A
- Private equity and venture capital
- Investment transactions and shareholders’ agreements
- Running many transactions elements such as due diligence, with partner support where needed
You’ll need
- To be a qualified solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE from an Irish or international law firm
- Relevant Corporate M&A transactional experience
- Advanced drafting and written communication skills
- A strong work ethic and the ambition to progress your career
