Commercial Property Solicitor - Munster
Our client is a progressive, well-established boutique law firm based in Munster, with a loyal client base and a strong reputation for quality commercial work. The team now wants to hire an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 5 years’ PQE.
Key points:
• Minimum 5 years’ PQE in commercial property
• Hybrid working: 2 days in the office, 3 days remote
• Option to work a 4-day or 5-day week
• Experience in energy or renewables is an advantage but not essential
• A steady flow of good-quality work from an established client base
The Role:
You will run your own caseload of commercial property transactions for a varied client base. The firm’s clients are well established, so the work is consistent and of high quality. You will also have a level of flexibility. This role suits a solicitor who wants real responsibility and client contact, along with a sustainable work-life balance.
Requirements:
• Qualified Solicitor with a current practising certificate in Ireland
• At least 5 years’ PQE in commercial property
• Strong commercial property transactional experience (essential)
• Experience in energy or renewables (preferred, not essential)

• Able to manage a busy caseload independently while working well within a close-knit team
Please reach out to Sarah Kelly, Partner, The Panel, to discuss.
