This role offers the chance to work on complex transformation programmes in a collaborative, inclusive, and fast-paced environment where innovation, professional development, and client impact are valued.
The successful candidate will play a key part in shaping delivery outcomes, supporting senior stakeholders, and guiding teams through strategy, operating model, and digital transformation work. If you are an experienced transformation professional looking for a role with variety, influence, and meaningful client exposure, this opportunity could be an excellent next step.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex workstreams across strategy, operations transformation, digital transformation, and customer experience engagements.
- Build trusted relationships with clients and senior stakeholders, supporting alignment, decision-making, and delivery confidence.
- Manage projects across the full lifecycle, including business case development, implementation, and final close-out, while monitoring scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Coach, mentor, and support team members to drive collaboration, quality, and consistent delivery across multiple workstreams.
- Use structured problem-solving techniques such as business analysis, process improvement, design thinking, and analytics to identify and implement improvements.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience delivering large-scale transformation programmes, ideally within consulting and financial services.
- Strong background in strategy, operating model design, process improvement, and both waterfall and agile delivery methods.
- Proven client management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers effectively.
- Confident leadership experience, including guiding teams, supporting delivery across multiple workstreams, and developing others.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; relevant certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, BCS, Project Management, or Agile would be advantageous.
