Data & AI Transformation Manager

Our client, an established and growing international business based in Dublin, is seeking a Data & AI Transformation Manager to help shape how the business uses data and AI. This is a new role sitting within Operations, working across every function from Finance and Treasury to Legal and Operations. It's a chance to be the business-side driver of a data warehouse build and an AI adoption programme with real visibility at senior level.

Responsibilities include:

1. Act as the key business stakeholder on the implementation and development of an enterprise data warehouse
2. Coordinate requirements gathering across all business functions
3. Help design, test and roll out dashboards and management reporting, and automate manual reporting
4. Support the build-out of a data governance framework covering ownership, stewardship, data definitions and quality controls
5. Plan and track data, reporting, systems and AI projects, reporting progress to management and steering committees
6. Identify and prioritise AI and automation use cases, and support the rollout and adoption of Microsoft Copilot and other approved tools
7. Lead training and change management so new reporting, data standards and AI-enabled processes actually stick

Requirements include:

1. Degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics or a related discipline
2. 3 to 7 years in data management, business analytics, project management or business transformation
3. Hands-on involvement in data, reporting, BI or system implementation projects
4. Strong analytical and organisational skills, and advanced Excel
5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management; comfortable working with senior people across the business
6. Financial services experience is an advantage
7. Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Azure or SQL knowledge, and exposure to cloud data platform or AI initiatives, desirable
