Financial Accountant – Dublin City Centre

Our client is a top-performing global investment fund, managing approximately $300 million in assets with an exceptional track record in the top 1% of hedge funds worldwide. They are now seeking a Financial Accountant to join their Dublin-based support services entity, working across multiple jurisdictions in a dynamic, international environment.

You are a Financial Accountant with:

• Big 4 training and 1-2 years postqualification experience in financial services

• Strong technical ability in IFRS and US GAAP, with experience preparing quarterly management accounts and annual financial statements

• Proven skills in balance sheet reconciliations, journal preparation, and managing accounts payable across multi-currency environments

• Experience liaising with fund administrators, external auditors, and tax advisors to support compliance and regulatory requirements

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to act as a key point of contact for stakeholders across trade support, investor relations, and external service providers

• A proactive approach to process improvement, internal controls documentation, and ideally an interest in automation and AI-driven solutions

• Knowledge of Irish company compliance (CRO filings) and supporting tax compliance processes including VAT returns and tax-to-book reconciliations
