Head of Brokerage - Employee Benefits (Exclusive Role)
Our client is a fast-growing benefits and insurance platform transforming how organisations deliver insurance and retirement solutions to their customers. They are seeking a dynamic individual to lead the brokerage and distribution function across Life, Pensions, Private Medical Insurance and Personal General Insurance. The Job:
- Provide organisation-wide sales oversight across pensions, PMI and risk products
- Lead and develop a multi-product team of Sales & Benefits Consultants
- Assist with closing complex, high-value opportunities
- Own end-to-end competitive RFP processes
- Implement robust sales governance
- Design and deliver training and competency programmes
- Partner with leadership on regulatory reporting to the CBOI and the FCA.
The Person:
- Significant senior leadership experience in insurance sales/advisory within a broker or insurer
- Strong track record in competitive RFPs and winning proposals in PMI and group risk
- Proven ability to manage and supervise qualified sales teams
- Deep knowledge of Central Bank of Ireland frameworks (MCC 2017, Fitness & Probity including readiness to hold PCF-17
- Relevant professional qualifications
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, technology-driven environment
- Strong understanding of embedded insurance, API distribution or platform business models
