Our client is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to join a growing European compliance function in Dublin, supporting a sophisticated asset management business operating across multiple jurisdictions. Responsibilities
- Support the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of the compliance framework, including the risk-based compliance programme and AML/CFT controls.
- Carry out monitoring reviews and thematic assessments, documenting findings, escalating issues, and tracking remediation through to completion.
- Assist with regulatory interactions, notifications, filings, and responses to queries from regulators, senior stakeholders, boards, and committees.
- Act as a key point of contact for third-party service providers and delegates, helping to review, investigate, and escalate breaches, incidents, and control issues.
- Contribute to policy development, governance reporting, regulatory change implementation, training initiatives, and wider compliance projects across the business.
Requirements
- At least three years’ relevant compliance experience within investment management, funds, or a regulated financial services environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Irish funds regulation and the Central Bank of Ireland framework, with experience preparing or submitting regulatory filings and notifications.
- Experience with AML/CTF requirements for investment funds, including investor due diligence, monitoring, outsourcing, and delegate oversight.
- Confidence working with third-party administrators, transfer agents, depositaries, and other outsourced providers, with the ability to challenge constructively.
- Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills, with a proactive, detail-focused, and solutions-oriented approach to compliance work.
