Responsibilities

• Review daily asset price and foreign exchange movements, investigating any exceptions or unusual changes.
• Check trial balance figures and daily NAV movements, ensuring discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly.
• Use fund accounting and reconciliation systems to calculate daily NAVs and complete cash, custody, and income reconciliations.
• Process trades, payments, and custody transactions accurately within accounting and custody platforms.
• Support monthly and ad hoc reporting, including trustee reporting, regulatory returns, and assistance with interim and annual financial statements.

Requirements

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Investments, or a closely related discipline.
• Some knowledge of fund services, asset management administration, or fund accounting principles.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with accounting systems; exposure to fund accounting platforms is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strong eye for detail.
• Clear communication skills, a collaborative approach, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
