Our client is interested in speaking with experienced lawyers for a newly created General Counsel opportunity for an international fintech start-up in Dublin.
Please note, the following experience is essential:
1. Experience of structured finance law, asset-backed credit, asset-backed/structured lending and security structuring
2. Relevant financial regulation experience
This is a very exciting opportunity for Senior Lawyer with an entrepreneurial mindset who is interested in joining a start-up.
You will join a small team in Dublin.
There is one direct report into this role and the GC will report to the CEO who is based in Europe.
This position will need a legal professional who can manage the strategic legal work, but who will also be very hands-on in terms of the day-to-day requirements of such a role.
Interviews will take place in late August.
