Customer Success Executive

Our client, a growing Irish SaaS business, is seeking a Customer Success Executive to join their commercial team. This is a fully office-based role in South Dublin, supporting the Sales Director and working closely with customers from first enquiry through to renewal.

It's a great fit for someone with 1-3 years in customer success, sales support or account management who wants a broad commercial role, with real responsibility for customer relationships and the chance to grow accounts.

The Role

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers as a key point of contact
• Drive retention, renewals and product adoption through regular customer engagement
• Spot opportunities for account growth, package upgrades and additional services
• Generate new business through outbound calls, email campaigns, referrals and networking
• Prepare and follow up quotations and proposals, with sign-off on quotes up to €10k
• Manage customer orders from receipt to completion, liaising with internal teams
• Keep the CRM and customer records accurate and up to date

The Person

• 1-3 years' experience in customer success, sales, sales support, business development, account management or commercial administration
• Experience in a SaaS, software, technology or subscription-based business using a CRM
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Strong communication, organisational and administrative skills
• Able to juggle multiple priorities and hit deadlines
• Confident dealing with customers by phone, email and in person
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
