Our client is a top tier Irish business law firm with one of the largest Real Estate teams in the country. They’re looking to hire a Commercial Property Associate with 3+ years’ PQE to support their market-leading Energy and Real Estate practice.

The team structures complex real estate transactions for banks, developers, state agencies, corporates, multinationals, and private equity and institutional investors. A significant part of this role is advising on renewable energy and infrastructure projects.

The work includes:

• Transacting wind farm and solar projects
• Large scale real estate due diligence
• Energy real estate experience, including transacting wind farms and solar projects, large scale due diligence
• Lease and easements for energy projects
• Handling a varied workload across a strong client base
• strong focus on client service and the ability to manage multiple clients and a busy workload;

You’ll need:

• 3+ years’ PQE from a top or mid-tier firm
• Energy real estate experience
• A strong client service focus and the ability to manage a busy workload
• To be proactive and collaborative, with excellent academics
