Rockwell Insight Series panel featuring our Joint Managing Partner, Paul McArdle
On Wednesday 25th of September 2024, Rockwell Insight Series took place at 1WML, in collaboration with The Currency.
With the introduction of pension Auto-Enrolment approaching, yesterday’s Rockwell Insights Series event was the perfect roadmap for SME owners to prepare.
The morning event, a collaboration between Rockwell Financial and The Currency, took place at 1WML in Dublin City Centre. Our Managing Partner Paul McArdle, Michael Lacey (Financial Services Director, Rockwell), and Angela O’Grady (COO, The HR Company) were among the panelists. Tom Lyons (CEO, The Currency) expertly moderated the event.
Attendees were treated to discussions on the impacts of Auto-Enrolment on their business, from HR processes to recruitment, from the timings of the scheme to unintended consequences. Attending on behalf of The Panel was Ailbhe Mullen (Senior Recruitment Consultant).
